Terry Laakso — Founder & Method Developer
Developer of the TERRY–NORA method and pedagogical director of the academy. Combines art, neurophysiology and visual research into a whole that helps to understand the interaction of color, shape and the nervous system. Responsible for the scientific structure of the method, the color system and the design of learning paths. His work creates a bridge between the intuitive perception of art and the precision of neurophysiological research.
Rosa Cespedes — Communications & Partnerships
The Academy's representative and contact person. Responsible for communications, collaboration networks and the Academy's external visibility. A reliable and warm bridge builder between the Academy and its international audience. Promotes the international recognition of the method and ensures its cultural accessibility in different language areas.
Neurophysiological Research Unit
Studies the interaction of color, shape, and the nervous system. Focuses on reducing visual load and restorative structures. The goal is to develop methods that support nervous system recovery and clarity of learning.
NeuroPedagogical Development
Develops neurologically safe teaching methods. Investigates learning rhythm, visual clarity, and restorative structures. Builds pedagogical models where learning occurs according to natural neurorhythms.
NeuroTech & AI Systems
Builds technical solutions and intelligent agents that support neurophysiological learning and visual clarity. Combines artificial intelligence and neurophysiological research into practical applications.
NeuroVisual Identity
Ensures visual consistency and neural clarity across all materials. Relies on principles of color and shape psychology to support a restorative visual experience.
