3. Payment Terms for Cleaning Services

• Payment is made at the time of booking.

• Invoice and installment options follow the terms of the payment provider.

• Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Terms (Cleaning Services)

​

• Cancellation 24 hours before the appointment: free of charge

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: 50% of the service price

• No‑show: 100% of the service price

4. Payment Terms for Training Services

​

Training services include courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and method training.

Payment and Invoicing

• Payment must be completed before the training begins.

• Invoicing is available for business clients.

• Installments are available according to Klarna’s terms.

Cancellation Terms (Training Services)

​

• Cancellation 7 days before the training: free of charge

• Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% of the price

• Cancellation less than 3 days before: 100% of the price

• Digital training products are non‑refundable.

5. Payment Terms for Art Sales

These terms apply to all artworks:

A. Physical Artworks (paintings, installations, original works)

​

• Payment is made at the time of purchase.

• No returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during transport.

• Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Delivery is arranged by mail, courier, or pickup.

B. Digital Artworks (PDF, JPG, recipe‑based artworks, licenses)

• Digital products are non‑refundable due to immediate delivery.

• The customer receives usage rights according to purchase terms (no resale rights).

C. Recipe‑Based Artworks (Terry‑Nora Method)

​

• Each artwork is personal and delivered digitally or physically.

• No returns, as the artwork is custom‑made for the client.

• Payment is made at the time of purchase.

• Installments available through Klarna.
