TERRY–NORA® Academy
Neurophysiological Online Training Program for Professionals
A research‑based integration of the nervous system, color and spatial perception
TERRY–NORA® Academy is a research‑based neurophysiological online training program that combines nervous system function, visual neurophysiology and spatial influence on learning, recovery and professional practice.
The program progresses from the fundamental structures of the nervous system to the progressive use of color layers, and finally to neurovisual guidance and certification. Each module builds a neurologically safe learning rhythm in which color, space and tempo support recovery, focus and action without overload.
The program is designed for professionals who want to use nervous system states, visual load and neurophysiological color layers consciously as part of teaching, guidance, coaching, therapeutic work or art‑based practice.
1. What is TERRY–NORA?
The TERRY–NORA Method is the world’s first neurophysiological color, sound, and visual integrative system.
It is based on the functioning of the autonomic nervous system, restorative colors, spatial rhythm, micro‑movements, and attention networks.
The method does not burden working memory; instead, it guides the nervous system directly — gently, safely, and scientifically.
2. Why is the course program extensive?
TERRY–NORA is not a single course. It is a complete neurophysiological system that includes multiple components:
-
color
-
sound
-
space
-
movement
-
micro‑moments
-
attention
-
recovery
-
workday rhythm
-
emotional regulation
-
visual load
-
micro‑states of the nervous system
This is why the course program is extensive — and it is meant to be.
3. TERRY–NORAin-depth knowledge of the degree program
The TERRY–NORA training program contains deep knowledge that surprises even many professionals.
The method begins scientifically from the very foundation: the origin of light and its effects on the nervous system.
This approach is exceptional, because the neurophysiology of light, the nervous system’s responses to color, and the effects of spatial rhythm have never been taught in universities or higher education in this form.
The deep knowledge of the training program is based on:
-
neurophysiological research of the 2020s
-
the functioning of the autonomic nervous system
-
the nervous system’s responses to color and light
-
the effects of micro‑movements and spatial rhythm
-
42 years of development and artistic‑scientific research
This combination makes the TERRY–NORA Method unique in the world.
It offers perspectives and understanding that have never been taught in any higher education — not in art, not in wellbeing, not in urban design, not in pedagogy.
TERRY–NORA deep knowledge opens an entirely new way to understand:
-
the neurophysiology of light and color
-
micro‑states of the nervous system
-
the structure of attention
-
the effects of space and movement
-
the mechanisms of recovery and load
This is why the training program is often experienced as both scientifically impactful and practically transformative.
4. Why are the courses ranked in order of importance?
Courses are published in order of priority.
Not because everything needs to be published right away — but because each course builds a neural foundation for those who follow.
The most important thing is that each course is scientifically accurate, visually calming, and neurologically safe.
5. Neuromelodia™ – a new original method
Neuromelodia is my own, separate method. It combines:
-
pure primary colors
-
their neurophysiological responses
-
and corresponding pitches
Neuromelody is not music — it is the regulation of the nervous system through the synchrony of color and sound.
Neuromelody works as an independent method, but it is fully compatible with the TERRY–NORA system.
6. Why is Neuromelodia important?
Neuromelody brings a new dimension to the TERRY–NORA system:
-
neural response to color
-
neural response to sound
-
and their common synchrony
This allows for deeper recovery, more precise focus, and a new way of controlling the rhythm of the nervous system.

7. What does the whole concept mean for the user
This package is not just a course series. It is a neurophysiological toolkit that helps:
-
to recover
-
to concentrate
-
to calm down
-
to cope
-
to learn
-
to work more closely
-
and live a more relaxed life.
8. Why does this work?
TERRY–NORA utilizes the actual operating principles of the nervous system:
✔ Colors affect the autonomic nervous system
Calming, activating or balancing.
✔ Visual anchor structures attention
Horizon and prescription art calm the nervous system.
✔ The shape acts as a memory enhancer
One color, one shape, three repetitions → reinforcing neural network.
✔ The nervous system learns shorter routes
Neuroplasticity makes learning more automatic and easier.

11. Key aspects of the research
Autonomic nervous system responses
The sounds, colors, and rhythm of the environment directly affect the balance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems — faster than consciousness can keep up.
Microreactions of the sensory system
The nervous system interprets light direction, color contrasts , and sound frequencies in milliseconds. These micro-reactions control alertness, attention, and recovery.
Neuroplastic optimization
Repetitive, calming stimuli strengthen neural networks that support recovery. The method is based on 2020s neurophysiological research and 42 years of development.
12. Why is this important right now?
Environments are not neutral.
Cities, schools, and work environments influence the state of the nervous system every second — either towards stress or towards recovery.
The TERRY–NORA method offers a scientifically measurable and practical way to design spaces that:
-
reduce the load on the nervous system
-
increase recovery
-
improve concentration
-
reinforce the sense of security
That is why neurophysiology is now at the center of urban planning, education, art, and the welfare sector.
