Sensory channels & nervous system movement
Sensory channels & nervous system movement – 30 sec video text
“Module 6 helps you notice how different sensory channels affect the natural movement of the body. You start by looking at one point and notice if a small movement occurs in the body.
Next, you listen to the sound and observe if your breathing or body rhythm changes on its own. Finally, you lightly touch the surface or your own hand and let your body react in its own way.
In this module, you don’t have to do anything right — just notice which sensory channel calms you the most.”
